Shipping Policy (Lebanon Only)

  • Delivery area: We currently ship within Lebanon only.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed Immediately (may vary on weekends/holidays).

  • Delivery time: 5-7 Days. Delivery times vary by location and courier; any ETA shown is an estimate.

  • Address accuracy: Please confirm your address and phone number at checkout. If you need to change details, contact us immediately—changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.


Return & Refund Policy (Handled via Customer Support)

Because our products are personal-care items, returns are reviewed case-by-case based on communication with Customer Support.

Return window

  • The return window is confirmed with Customer Support, and is typically around 7 days from delivery.

When a return/refund may be approved

A return/refund may be approved if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived damaged/defective, or

  • The item is unopened/unused, in its original condition (where applicable)

Hygiene note: For health and safety reasons, opened/used skincare or cosmetics may be non-returnable, except in cases of damage/defect or error on our side.

How to request a return/refund

Please message Customer Support and include:

  • Order number

  • Item name(s)

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos/videos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

If approved, we’ll share clear next steps (return instructions, replacement, or refund resolution). Shopify supports managing returns and communications through the admin if needed.

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

  • Timing can vary depending on the payment provider/bank. (Return policies commonly explain timelines and conditions clearly.)


Exchanges / Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we can arrange a replacement (subject to availability) after verification.


Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
